Stepl: Play Games While Working Out

Do you have trouble getting those 10,000 steps a day? Do you enjoy sitting in front of the screen playing games more than working out? Then you should try Stepl – an app that allows you to control a computer game character's movement by walking in real life. 

The app uses accelerometer and magnetometer sensors on your phone. So far, Stepl only supports Android and Windows, which must be connected to the same Wi-Fi to work.
