Based in Orange County, the studio will work on the new title for next-gen consoles. Rockstar veteran Steve Martin will take the chair of both the studio head and executive producer of development. Steve has an impressive experience working on similar positions for games from well-known franchises, including GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
"We're ushering a new era of game culture by combining world-class development with a stress-free work environment. From day one, our teams will be focused on building the highest caliber games while promoting integrity, proactivity, collaboration, and creativity."

The game will be an AAA open-world and will run on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
