He wants The Elder Scrolls 6 to become the ultimate fantasy-world simulator.
Bethesda's Todd Howard sure has a lot on his plate, with Starfield launching on September 6, full of players' expectations. But this is not the only game he is working on – there is also an Indiana Jones game executive produced by Howard.
This has been his dream for over a decade as we know, and he "might be the biggest Indiana Jones fan on the planet," according to Bethesda's head of publishing Pete Hines.
But how soon will we see this dream come true? In an interview with GQ, Howard said he is midway through producing the game, working together with its developer MachineGames (Wolfenstein), who "got the whole Nazi killing thing down," he said, "and they’re doing a really great job."

Unfortunately, he didn't share anything else about this project, which was announced back in 2021 and has been shrouded in mystery since then.
Even more unwilling Howard was to talk about The Elder Scrolls VI – a game that could be his last. He said he would have announced it differently if he could and shared that he wants it to be "the ultimate fantasy-world simulator."
