AK-47 Type 1

This milled piece of solid steel was part of my Final Year Major Project at Solent University with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022) as my metric. My goal was to research the current industry methodologies and methods with the intent to execute the same workflow and present the final outcome in a real-time environment. I decided on Unreal Engine 5 as it provided me with the least amount of headaches.
The interior was modelled enough that animations look good with a retracted bolt assembly and chambered round.
M1911

Similar to the AK-47, the M1911 was the second piece of my Final Year Major Project. It follows the exact same pipeline as the previous entry but focused more heavily on textures as opposed to the modeling process. The interior is accurate enough to the point where no issues can be found during normal gameplay, inc, weapon inspections.
M870 - Remington Model

The third and final piece of the puzzle was the police variant of the Remington M870. It was the first piece of the Final Year Major Project that I created and helped me understand what makes a weapon pleasing to the eye. I believe I have achieved what I wanted when I look at the Colt and AK-47.

During the summer of 2022, I made the Remington 870 Express for a small video game that my friend was working on. This was the weapon that made me realise that I want to work even harder to create the best possible weapon I can make.
Eames Style Designer Chair

I watched a video by the Blender Guru and he used this chair in his video. I wanted to use it as well, but I could not afford to buy it, so I made my own. I wish to return to this and recreate it with my newly found knowledge.
Candlestick_02 - (Amnesia: The Dark Descent - Remake)

The canclestick_02 is a commonly found prop throughout the Brennenburg Castle to help the player light up their surroundings. It was a fun prop to work on and it served as a proper introduction of Zbrush into my pipeline.
The people over at Frictional Games and their community have been very helpful and supportive of the remake. The team I worked with were lovely and I hope the project comes to a close within the coming few years.
Generation Zero: Runner
(More information and graphics on ArtStation)
I re-created the Runner enemy from one of my favourite video games, Generation Zero, by Avalanche Studios. This is the third smallest enemy in the game and does not pose a threat to the player on its own, but as soon as you encounter 2 or more of them while unprepared, you'll feel the panic start to kick in as you desperately try to stay alive.
This has been a project that I have been working on and off for 8-10 months because of scheduling conflicts with my University, but now it's finally done.
Generation Zero: Tick_02
(More information and graphics on ArtStation)
I re-created the Tick_02 enemy from one of my favourite video games, Generation Zero, by Avalanche Studios. I recreated some of the enemies in Generation Zero, one of those enemies was the FNIX tick. Similar to the prototype and military, this one has 6 sticks of controlled dynamite strapped to the armoured head plate on the top. It's a scary enemy as it will completely wipe out your health if it manages to explode when it comes into contact with the player.
Generation Zero: Seeker
(More information and graphics on ArtStation)
I re-created the Seeker enemy from one of my favourite video games, Generation Zero, by Avalanche Studios. One of those enemies was the Seeker. The Seeker is a mobile armoured camera unit. It doesn't have any weapons. Its only priority is to find the player(s) and set off a loud alarm to attract nearby machines to your presence from the four omnidirectional speakers/megaphones on the top of the robot.
Generation Zero: Tick

I re-created the Tick enemy from one of my favourite video games, Generation Zero, by Avalanche Studios.
It's obviously not a 1:1 recreation, as the game never really shows you what's beneath the armoured head of The Tick, and when I do take screenshots, the texture on the bottom side is always so dark that I had to make educated guesses.
