On the stage

Hey everyone, finally got this out. 
Real-time character model that I have been working on for the final project of the intermediate term at Think Tank Online. 
Sculpting/modeling done in ZBrush and Maya, except the skirts, which were simulated in Marvelous Designer. Textures done in Substance Painter. The base of the skin was done using multichannel maps from TexturingXYZ. Eyelashes and eyebrows in XGen and for the hair I used haircards. Lookdev/render done in Marmoset 4. 
Thanks to my class supervisor Alex Sizov for his guidance along the way. 
This character is based on a wonderful concept by Siwoo Kim – "X".

Piglet Anatomy

This is an anatomical study of a skull, bones and muscles of a little pig. 
Eliot Goldfinger and Wilhelm Ellenberger's books on animal anatomy, combined with veterinary anatomy books and CT scans, were used as reference. 
Sculpted in Zbrush, the body was retopologised in Maya using the Quad Draw tool, and the muscles and bones were ZRemeshed. All textures were hand-painted in ZBrush.

When the broom is broken

Hi Guys, 
That's my submission to the 3DTotal Modern-day Witch challenge! 
I had a chance to re-watch Kiki’s delivery service from the last time since I was a kid. The joy of the movie inspired me. Here is a young witch, her broom is broken but she doesn't give up and will NEVER STOP FLYING. A little tribute to my favorite Studio Ghibli movie.
