The online co-operative campaign is set for August and the open beta of the Forge mode – for September.
343 Industries moved some Halo Infinite updates to prioritize team health and get "into a sustainable development rhythm."
The studio shared a roadmap update, showing that it delayed its Campaign network co-op until August, while Forge is now set for September.
The studio is working on Season 3, which will start on November 8 and, hopefully, introduce a split-screen campaign.
"We know we need to deliver more content and more features more quickly. Staying true to priority zero means that sometimes we need to slow down in order to stay healthy and move faster later. But we’re also aggressively looking at ways to accelerate," said Joseph Staten, Head of Creative at 343 Industries.
