Great news for the fans of legendary underwater adventures.
2K Games has launched a new studio called Cloud Chamber that will develop a new title in the Bioshock series. Cloud Chamber, based in California and Montreal, will be managed by 2K veteran Kelley Gilmore (Civilization and XCOM).
Bioshock veterans Hoagy de le Plante, Scott Sinclair, and Jonathan Pelling have also joined the team. Ken Levine isn't likely to be involved though.
Gilmore said that the series' environments are "incredibly important to the gameplay experience." Also, they think that there are plenty of creative directions to explore, so we might get a new location.
2K states the announced title will be in development for the next several years, so we'll have to wait. Stay tuned for more!
