Visual Artist and Art Director Murat Miroglu, whom you might remember for showcasing a marvelous hand rig created with Maya and ZBrush, has recently presented one more jaw-dropping 3D model that pushes the boundaries of digital realism.
This time, the creator unveiled a highly-realistic ZBrush-made 3D model of Crocodile Skink, a real-life reptile, sculpted, retopologized, rigged, animated, lit, and composited entirely by Murat. According to the author, the project enabled him to "dive into various aspects of the pipeline" and "gain a deeper understanding of each department's needs while crafting a realistic creature".
