C&C Remastered Collection Release Date Revealed
Great news for the fans of the legendary series.
Command & Conquer Remastered Collection will be released on June 5 to celebrate the series’ 25th anniversary. The release is coming to both Origin and Steam and will include Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn, Command & Conquer: Red Alert, plus three expansion packs: Covert Ops, Counterstrike, and The Aftermath.
Command & Conquer Remastered Collection will bring remastered graphics and textures, 4k resolution, a remastered soundtrack, better UI, a map editor, and more. Multiplayer will now support custom games, 1v1 quick match, Elo-based matchmaking, leaderboards, and replays.
The project was originally announced back in October 2018 on the official game forums as a “passion project” for EA. Petroglyph Games (former members of the original Westwood Studios team), previously joined the team, so it's safe to say we can expect the original game's spirit.
