"God, I hate this planet."
I've got some good news for those who have been waiting for any updates from the Borderlands movie, which was in the post-production stage for quite a long time. Lionsgate has finally released the first trailer for the upcoming Eli Roth movie.
Here's some information about the movie, in case you missed it. The movie is directed and written by Eli Roth, famous for the horror trilogy Hostel and the recent one – Thanksgiving. Tim Miller, known for directing Deadpool, also contributed to the project handling the reshoots.
Cate Blanchett as Lilith, Kevin Hart as Roland, Florian Munteanu as Krieg, Jack Black as Claptrap, Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr.Patricia Tannis, and Ariana Greenblatt as Tiny Tina will take on the main roles in the movie.

Set to hit the screens on August 24, 2024, the movie will follow a story about Lilith, a red-haired "bounty hunter with a mysterious past" who forms a diverse team of Pandora's criminals for a dangerous mission to rescue the daughter of the "universe's most powerful S.O.B.", Atlas. It should be mentioned that this movie is standalone and has no narrative connection to the shooters developed by Gearbox.
What are your thoughts on the trailer? Are you waiting for the movie?
