Spectre Divide
If you’re getting bored with traditional shooting games, here comes a game that promises to be a fresh take on the genre. Spectre Divide is a free-to-play 3v3 tactical shooter with hand-drawn sci-fi anime graphics, which might not get you very excited. However, it allows you to control two bodies to defend two places at the same time.
“Use Duality to freely swap between your second body—called a Spectre—at any moment to outplay the enemy team.” Once the Spectre is created, place it to cover different sites strategically to cover more area on the map and approach the game from different angles. Even if your original body is unfortunately killed, the Spectre will offer another chance.

The game also introduced aim-down-sights (ADS) gunplay, which allows you to shoot accurately while moving. The developers are excited about the experience brought by true-to-crosshair ADS unlocking, as the game's director Lee Horn shared with PC Gamer:
"We're super excited about true-to-crosshair ADS unlocking tac shooters for a whole group of people for whom [Counter-Strike's] shooting model is not the right thing for them. Hopefully we've given them that."

As a shooter, weapons are crucial, and Spectre Divide won’t let you down with its tech arsenal. “Pick from 8 Sponsor kits, each with a distinct loadout to fit your playstyle. Whether you love to set traps, drop smokes, or support teammates—Sponsors let you flex on the opposition,” says the game’s description.

Developed by Mountaintop Studios, which is formed by veterans of Respawn, Epic, Riot, Bungie, and more, Spectre Divide will be released in the early access period on September 3, which is just one week away. It received positive feedback during playtests, so that’s why so many players are looking forward to playing the game as soon as it's out next week.
