Capcom has officially announced Dragon's Dogma 2, a sequel to the studio's legendary 2012 action RPG that allowed fighting large beasts in a unique way.
Hideaki Itsuno, the director of the original Dragon's Dogma, revealed they're working on the sequel at the end of the 10 Years of Dragon's Dogma livestream. A little is known as it appears the studio is not yet ready to share details but the new game is currently being developed on the RE Engine.
Dragon's Dogma was originally directed by Capcom's Hideaki Itsuno, the designer of Devil May Cry. The original game featured unique combat mechanics, AI-controlled allies, and a deep RPG system.
