Easy Clones Plugin for After Effects

Easy Clones acts as a flexible clone system that lets users quickly and easily apply delay and randomness to animations. Please note that the tool also supports 3D Layers.
The plugin is said to generate a Clone Control Layer to let users control basic properties (position, scale, rotation, and opacity). This layer can be modified further using the controllers within the Easy Clones Effect.
There's also a trial version, but it's limited: you can only use Delay, X, and Y position. If you purchase a license, you will need to recreate any existing systems in order to unlock the full functionality of the script.
The description says the plugin features a modifier to control a range of randomness for each of the basic properties.
- Seed controllers to cycle through random values.
- Wiggle controllers to use whilst being individual to each clone layer.
- Optional color controls o randomly distribute any number of colors across your clone layers.
