Fiber Shop 2 Released
The update offers the Hand Draw mode, UI improvements, and an auto-save system.
Fiber Shop – a real-time hair texture generator – got an update. Fiber Shop 2.0 came out on December 12, 2021. The update introduced live layout in the design viewport, the Hand Draw mode, Length Curve in the Scatter modifier, and various UI improvements.
Version 2.1 added a random length feature to the Hand Draw mode.
The latest version 2.2 added an auto-save system and improved the Hand Draw mode.
Moslem Tavakol has also added perpetual licenses to the previously subscription-only software.
Fiber Shop is limitedly available for free. The Indie version costs $39.9/year, perpetual – $119.9, the Studio version – $99.9, perpetual – $299.9.
