Former Silent Hill Devs Present New Details on Their Horror Game

Bokeh Game Studio, a recently launched studio from the developers of Silent Hill and The Last Guardian, shared a new video with Keiichiro Toyama who shared new details on the studio’s upcoming horror game.

Toyama, a developer known for working on Silent Hill, Siren, and the Gravity Rush, talked about what influences the title and shared some concepts revealing that they are working on a horror-orientated title "in his own style." The game is said to be inspired by "death games", a path explored in Japanese manga.

"You have these regular people driven into irrational situations," he said. "They’re on the edge emotionally, while dealing with action or drama. This influenced me and I think it will show in my next game."
