The Małopolska’s Virtual Museums project shared a free collection of 3D scans of historical artifacts from Polish museums. The collection features sculptures, household objects, and more, now available on Sketchfab.
A number of the 3D models can be downloaded for free under a CC0 license in standard formats: OBJ, glTF, and USDZ, featuring PBR textures.
The project is the result of a multi-year project focused on digitizing objects from 40 museums in the Małopolska region of Poland. The team also presented a new version of the project’s online portal with additional information about the objects.
