FumeFX 6.0 for 3ds Max Public Beta Released

The new version introduces a new node-based procedural system for creating particles, rigid bodies and soft bodies, including cloth and rope.

Sitni Sati has released FumeFX 6.0 for 3ds Max in public beta. Now, the fluid dynamics plugin-in is more powerful than before with its new node-based procedural system.

Its new editor NodeWorks provides over 130 nodes and allows simulating particles, rigid bodies, and soft bodies, including cloth, ropes, and other materials. This makes the fluid simulator a more flexible multiphysics toolset.

The release also introduces ISurf – a particle mesher object that meshes particle systems to liquids.

FumeFX 6.0 also offers extensive integration with Arnold, supporting point rendering, procedural rendering of splines via Arnold curves, and more.

Registered users can get FumeFX 6.0 for 3ds Max in beta for free, the commercial license is valid until 31 December 2022.
