Have a Look at New Trailer of The Ghost In The Shell Anime Series

Science SARU's upcoming anime series The Ghost In The Shell received new art and a trailer, which were revealed at AnimeJapan 2026. The series is slated for release on Prime Video this July.

The project, helmed by Director Mokochan, is based on the eponymous manga by Shirow Masamune. The new trailer shares a glimpse of some of the show's scenes, including adrenaline-fuelled action and complicated drama defining Public Security Section 9, and highlights the project's visionary world.

The new key art is an illustration of Motoko Kusanagi by Shuhei Handa, created specifically for the event:
