The upcoming Tribeca Festival will showcase the documentary "Hideo Kojima – Connecting Worlds," which delves into the creative process of the legendary game developer.
The Tribeca Festival, which is scheduled to take place from June 7 to June 18, will premiere a new film about one of the most renowned video game creators of modern times – a documentary called "Hideo Kojima – Connecting Worlds".
According to the description, the documentary will offer a glimpse into the creative process of Hideo Kojima and feature appearances from visionary artists such as Guillermo del Toro, Nicholas Winding Refn, Grimes, George Miller, Norman Reedus, Woodkid, and Chvrches.
Directed by Greg Milner and produced by Ben Hilton, the film explores Kojima's innovative techniques, inspirations, and challenges as he launches his own independent studio.
Following the screening of the film on June 17, there will be a Q&A session with the developer, providing an opportunity for viewers to ask questions and gain further insights into the creative process behind Kojima's work.
The film screening will be accompanied by the festival's official selection of seven games. These include titles such as Chants of Sennaar, Despelote, The Expanse: A Telltale Series, Goodbye Volcano High, A Highland Song, Nightscape, and Stray Gods: A Role-Playing Musical.
