"Because it's cool."
Daniel Kaplan, one of the developers behind the upcoming co-op space shooter Hyperspace, shared a glimpse of the smooth, seamless transition from the ship to the space station, complete with jetpack flying. Why do you need this? Well, "because it's cool," apparently. And it's hard to disagree with Keepsake Games on that.
"We aim to make the game as fluent as possible and give freedom to the players to traverse how they like," said Kaplan.
To make the way to the aircraft easier, the developers added access ramps, but it also brought unexpected visitors:
