Artist and game designer Ste Pickford has shown an illustrated journal of his Elden Ring adventures where he shares the highlights of the game that he sketches up as he plays through the FromSoftware's action RPG.
Artist Ste Pickford, known for contributing to such games as Plok! and Maximum Carnage together with his brother, programmer John Pickford, and participating in work behind 1985's Ghosts 'n Goblins, started to publish a journal of his Elden Ring adventures on his Twitter.
The artist hasn't posted that much yet as he admitted that "it's hard to find time for [this journal] between work and, erm, playing Elden Ring". However, he finds it fun to share the highlights of the game, characters, and landscapes that he sketches up as he plays through the FromSoftware's action RPG.
Pickford's character is a bandit called Luna (named after his dog). In his notes, the artist shared that he spent about 45 minutes in the face creator to make his character's face covered up by a mask.
Since the end of February, Pickford follows the storyline in his notes (each marked by the date when he played) revealing what characters he met describing dialogues with them. He also shares what bosses he encountered and how many attempts he had to make to kill them. His notes also feature the portrait gallery of the denizens of the Roundtable Hold.
