The demo shows whitewater (spray and foam) R&D inside of LiquiGen.
JangaFX has revealed a new demo for LiquiGen, the company's upcoming real-time fluid simulation software. The second demo shows whitewater (spray and foam) R&D inside of LiquiGen, captured in real-time on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090. According to the team, the result is still not perfect and has issues that need to be solved, but they are proud of the recent progress. The team also adds that they'll be tackling surface tension, cohesion, and viscosity next.
In case you missed it, LiquiGen was originally announced in 2020 as a companion for EmberGen, the team's other tool meant for fire and smoke simulations. Previously, JangaFX had already revealed one LiquiGen demo, you can check it out down below:
As for right now, little is known about the pricing, system requirements, or launch date, so stay tuned.
