Japanese Etchū-Daimon Station Recreated in Dreams

The artist was inspired by Lorenzo Drago's Unreal Engine 5 project.

Just last week, 3D Environment Artist Lorenzo Drago demonstrated a mind-blowing Japanese railway station project made in Unreal Engine 5. The project came up extremely realistic and could hardly be distinguished from reality. It didn't take long for the project to spread all across the internet and inspire other artists to create their versions of the now-famous Etchū-Daimon Station.

Artist Martin Nebelong, for example, has managed to recreate the entire level using Dreams, a video game creation system and service developed by Media Molecule. The recreation looks extremely similar to Lorenzo's original work and even features a day-night cycle that was set up by Lorenzo using Lumen. On top of that, the artist has also shared a timelapse creation process and slightly modified the level by adding some graffiti.
