Little Nightmares Franchise Achieves Over 12 Million Units Sold

Bandai Namco has revealed that the Little Nightmares franchise has surpassed 12 million unit sales across both PC and console platforms.

Bandai Namco has announced that the Little Nightmares series has achieved over 12 million units in sales across various platforms.

"The Little Nightmares franchise has seen some great growth and success since the first episode, which was released six years ago," Arnaud Muller, CEO of Bandai Namco Europe, said. "We are proud of the work accomplished by the teams at Bandai Namco Europe along with Tarsier Studios, Engine Software and Supermassive Games to make great games while at the same time expanding the franchise to more media."

The Little Nightmares franchise is made up of two games, Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares 2, as well as a mobile spin-off called Very Little Nightmares.

The first installment launched in 2017, immersing players into the role of Six as she attempted to flee the Maw, an underwater vessel populated by monsters. The sequel, which came out in 2021, centers around Mono, who embarks on a journey after encountering the girl in the yellow raincoat.

Although the Little Nightmares series has achieved considerable success, Bandai Namco has not disclosed any plans for potential sequels or additional spin-offs.

Little Nightmares is available on multiple platforms including PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. As for Little Nightmares II (which we also adored), it can be played on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Additionally, an Enhanced Edition is available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles.
