This update will be coming to Kameyama's other characters soon.
Kameyama (also known as Mukumi) recently highlighted one of the updates in version 1.60 of the beloved VRChat avatar, Mamehinata. The new UV Tile Discard feature allows users to selectively render parts of a model by simply toggling a checkbox on the target material. This is especially useful for eliminating costume clipping issues that couldn't be fully resolved with blendshapes.
Mamehinata is a popular VRChat avatar with a cute, dog-like look that has a lot of fans in the community, and has even been turned into collectible figures by Good Smile Company and Max Factory. In the latest update, Mamehinata's body, hair, and outfit materials got support for lilToon's UV Tile Discard, with a revamped instruction manual and more.
