Monster Hunter Rise managed to ship over 7 million copies since it launched on the Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2021.
Developer and publisher Capcom announced the achievement on the official Monster Hunter Twitter account. Previously, they also revealed that the title sold over 4 million copies in under a week.
The Japanese company has also been reporting the success of the Resident Evil franchise. The latest game in the series, Resident Evil Village, sold over 4 million in three weeks.
