Clinton Jones announced the winners of the Moving Meditations challenge.
During a 4-hour-long live stream, VFX Artist Clinton "Pwnisher" Jones, known for conducting awesome 3D art challenges, announced the winners of Moving Meditations, Clinton's most recent challenge that tasked 3D Artists to turn template files with martial arts animations into a beautiful scene. In the end, more than 3,600 artists participated in the challenge, each providing their unique version of the project.
Together with VFX Artist and Filmmaker Freddie Wong, Pwnisher provided a compilation of the best 100 submissions and named the five winners of the challenge, who received awesome prizes provided by the challenge's partners KitBash3D, Wacom, Rokoko, and Black Magic Design, the developers of DaVinci Resolve. "During August, I challenged 3D artists to create their best work from a simple, barebones template file," comments Clinton. "Out of a record-breaking 3,600 submissions in the last two weeks of August, only 00.27% made it to the top 100. Today, I'm joined by my good friend Freddie Wong to reveal the top 100 artists and announce the top 5 winners of the Moving Meditations 3D Community Challenge!"
