Another game-based anime series is in the works.
Netflix revealed they are working on an anime series based on Valve's Dota 2. It will launch worldwide on March 25.
The series is called Dota: Dragon's Blood and it will have eight episodes about "Davion, a renowned Dragon Knight devoted to wiping the scourge from the face of the world."
It is led by screenwriter Ashley Edward Miller, also known for Thor, X-Men: First Class, and Fringe, who will be the series' showrunner and executive producer. The team is also joined by co-executive producer Ryu Ki Hyun, (The Legend of Korra).
Previously, Netflix has also announced shows based on Sonic the Hedgehog, Tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed, a Resident Evil show, and a Beyond Good & Evil movie. Are you excited about the latest announcement?
