LogInIt added support for After Effects 2020 and fixed analysis issues.
KeenTools released a new beta version of GeoTracker – a plugin for 3D object tracking in After Effects. Update 2022.2.2 adds support for After Effects 17.0 (2020), fixes analysis issues, and includes small fixes and improvements.
GeoTracker allows doing match-moving tasks easily and offers a pin-based approach to control your model while placing and moving it in 3D space. It has a focal length estimation and can estimate focal length during tracking, where the focal length is constantly changing.
The program deals with occlusions, so you don't have to adjust and fix tracking. The 2D mask support also helps exclude problematic areas from tracking.
GeoTracker is available for Adobe After Effects version 17.0 (2020) or newer on 64bit version of Windows or macOS (Intel or Apple silicon). You can get it for free during the beta period.
