NVIDIA Partners with ServiceNow to Build Generative AI Across Enterprise IT

Their custom large language models are meant to bring intelligent workflow automation.

NVIDIA and ServiceNow, developer of cloud-based solutions, announced a partnership to develop enterprise-grade generative AI capabilities "that can transform business processes with faster, more intelligent workflow automation."

With NVIDIA software and services, ServiceNow is developing custom large language models trained on data for its ServiceNow Platform. This partnership should expand ServiceNow’s AI functionality with new uses for generative AI to strengthen workflow automation and increase productivity.

ServiceNow is also helping NVIDIA streamline its IT operations with these generative AI tools, using NVIDIA data to customize NVIDIA NeMo, a cloud-native enterprise framework for developers to build generative AI models, running on hybrid-cloud infrastructure.

Together, the companies want to develop intelligent virtual assistants and agents to help quickly resolve a range of user questions and support requests. Customer service teams can use AI for automatic issue resolution and chat summarization. In addition, generative AI can improve the employee experience by helping identify growth opportunities.
