Particle Illusion 2022 Released
The update adds new Fluid Dynamics, M1 support, and a new Scenes feature.
Boris FX released Particle Illusion 2022 – a particle generator that allows creating photorealistic particle effects. The update includes Fluid Dynamics, which "brings realistic organic movement to 3D particles" and includes 20 new presets that move organically.
It also introduced a new Scenes feature, allowing users to save scenes to Particle Illusion’s emitter libraries. Moreover, Particle Illusion now natively supports Apple's M1 processors.
Particle Illusion 2022 is compatible with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and OFX hosts, Foundry's NUKE, Resolve, VEGAS Pro, and Quantel. It is available for free, but the commercial new licenses cost $295, you can also get a subscription for $15/month or $95/year.
