The tool is being developed by Richard Lems.
If you are a Pixel Artist, here's a cool upcoming tool that you should definitely check out. Meet PixelBasher, a kitbashing tool that aims to give artists the opportunity to create pixel art with ease, currently in development by the creator of Mighty Goose Richard Lems.
The tool is said to contain a huge library of retro-styled and auto-tiling objects that can be dragged and resized. On top of that, the tool will come with several useful sub-tools like adjustable color limit, various effects that can be applied to objects, transparency values, and more. I will also be able to export your projects as a PNG file and add your desired colors in another software.
According to the developer, the tool will be released in the coming weeks. You can learn more about the upcoming tool here and follow the development process over here.
