No, I don't think that we'll get this one-of-a-kind console.

A big era for Sony is coming to an end since its President and CEO Jim Rayn will step down from his position in March 2024. After Jim's departure, Hiroki Totoki will take his place as Interim CEO of SIE.
To celebrate the three decades at Sony and the milestones that the company achieved with him in charge, Sony arranged a farewell party for Rayn. As part of the festivities, he received a cool, one-of-a-kind custom PS5 console inspired by the iconic PS1. The console features the PlayStation logo in color, while the controller is designed in all-white with classic button colors. What makes it truly incredible is the controller port, which is shaped like the one on the PS1. Even the packaging of the console reminds us of the nostalgic packaging of the original PS1.
At the farewell party, there were also cookies with Rayn's face saying "Thank you, Jim!". It looks delicious, I wonder what the stuffing is.

Speaking of the console that Rayn got, do you think that it'll ever be shipped to us? In 2024, PlayStation celebrates its 30th anniversary and may release another special edition console following the successful PS4 25th anniversary edition. Would you like to get this PS1-themed PS5 console?
