There's a cool new device in the works for the owners of PlayStation 5. In case you're suffering from heating issues, check out SCRY Arctic, a plug-and-play cooler designed for the PS5 which is currently raising funds on Kickstarter.
Described as "the world's most advanced PS5 cooler" the device features six fans with up to 10,000 rotations per minute. The Artic is said to easily connect to the PS5 by aligning the device with the top and bottom latches and plugging the USB-A port into the console. The cooling unity can be used with both the PS5 and the PS5 Digital Edition (horizontal and vertical orientation).
The Artic features a USB-A 3.0 port plus the developers emphasized the device won't obstruct the additional USB-A, ethernet, HDMI, and power ports on the console's rear. The unity will also have LED illumination lights to check whether the device has been installed correctly.
The project is being funded on Kickstarter with a goal of $7,439 but it has already got $14,220 so the development team has enough money to make the project happen. Learn more and support the development here.
