Redshift 3.5.12 Released

The new version adds Intel’s Open Image Denoise, volume multi-scattering, and native Tile and Brick shaders.

Maxon has released Redshift 3.5.12, an update to the production renderer that integrates Intel’s Open Image Denoise (OIDN), an open-source CPU-based denoiser. It is now available in Redshift for Cinema 4D only, with other apps joining soon.

Other new features include support for volume multi-scattering, adding realism to clouds, smoke and fire, native versions of Cinema 4D’s Tile and Brick shaders, and improved normal mapping.

Redshift is available for $45/month or $264/year. Check out the update here and don't forget to join our Reddit page and our Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
