Teyon doesn't give much detail about the upcoming project but the game might feature FPS, "non-humanoid characters", and non-linear quests.

Teyon, the Polish studio behind games like Terminator: Resistance and RoboCop: Rogue City, is currently in the process of recruiting a team for their upcoming project. The developer's website currently lists 13 job openings for the development of an "unannounced action RPG project". Unfortunately, the job descriptions don't give any details regarding the game itself, so it's not clear whether it will be based on an existing franchise or an entirely new IP.

"Teyon is looking for talented people who will support us with their skills, knowledge, and ideas in our upcoming project. This new action RPG game for PC and console will be developed by the team, responsible for our previous titles Terminator: Resistance and RoboCop: Rogue City. If you share our passion for games and have the skills we need, we would be thrilled to welcome you on board," reads the job description.

Here's the list of available positions for the project:

  • Senior 3D Animator
  • 3D Animator
  • Junior 3D Animator
  • Lead 3D Animator
  • Junior Narrative Designer
  • Junior QA Tester
  • Regular/Senior C++ Game Programmer
  • Senior Environment Artist
  • Environment Artist
  • Junior Environment Artist
  • Lead Character Artist
  • Gameplay Designer
  • Junior Gameplay Designer

There is an insider, MauroNL, who seems to know more than others so they shed some light on the upcoming RPG. According to MauroNL, the game will be built on Unreal Engine 5 and will feature a first-person perspective, along with "non-humanoid" characters, vehicles, and "quest scenarios & branching storylines".

Teyon's previous release, RoboCop: Rogue City, has received positive feedback from players, and as reported by Nacon, the game became the publisher's best launch ever. At the time of writing, the game has garnered over 6,830 reviews on Steam, with an impressive 94% positive rating. On Metacritic, critics have given the game an average score of 72 out of 100, while users have rated it 8.6 out of 10.
