Sketchfab Celebrates 7 Million Members
Congratulations to Sketchfab on reaching this great milestone!
Sketchfab, a web-based service that allows artists to discover, edit, buy and sell 3D content, has announced that it reached 7 million active members. That is a huge number and we congratulate the platform on reaching this milestone.
For those unfamiliar with the platform, Sketchfab is a tool that allows you to manage your 3D assets and distribute your 3D & AR experiences. It has integrations across every major 3D creation tool and publishing platform. It is also compatible with all major browsers and operating systems (both desktop and mobile).
Recently, the Sketchfab team had announced that Sketchfab and their Blender plug-in now support the recently released Blender 3.0. The updated Blender plug-in allows for easy import into Blender of over 740,000 free Sketchfab models as well as any of your purchased Sketchfab Store assets. You can learn more here.
