British publishing label Sold Out announced that it rebrands to Fireshine Games and changes its logo. The decision to change the name indicates that the company is shifting its priorities towards digital sales.
Launched in 2014, Sold Out was more focused on physical game sales. However, as the industry changed, the company more and more delved into digital games. "We decided we wanted a brand name that better suits our company going forward," the company said in a statement, "After all, it’s very difficult for digital games to be Sold Out!"

Fireshine Games shared that the name was chosen as the company sees it "as a symbol of the warmth and togetherness that [they] have built within [the] company". The company also claimed that, currently, it is not going to step away from physical releases saying that titles like Rebellion, T17, and Frontier will still be published as boxed games.
With the new name, the company is looking to reshape its business to line up with new goals. In an interview with Games Industry, Fireshine marketing director Sarah Hoeksma noted: "We've changed in our culture, our priorities and what we want to do. So we felt the company name needed to change to better reflect that."
