Game Programmer

About You 

  • Highly proficient in C++, OOP, GIT, SVN, Perforce, and Unreal Engine.
  • Proven experience in efficiently prototyping new game systems, delivering high-quality results, and demonstrable contributions to a published game.
  • You are a self-motivated and energetic team player.
  • You thrive in seeing a project through from start to finish; committing to milestones, collaborating with programmers, designers, and artists, and excelling at individual tasks.
  • You’ll bring direct experience in enhancing gameplay features with examples of past work.
  • Has experience with Debugging, optimization, multi-threading, parallel programming
  • Understanding documentation is paramount – you can write clear, functional, and sustainable code adhering to game design documentation and programming standards.
  • Impeccable time management skills.
  • A passionate gamer who understands the player experience.

Junior Game Programmer

Requirements

  • Currently taking or have taken a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, other comparable degree areas, or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Working understanding of object-oriented development
  • Basic understanding of source control. SVN, GIT, Perforce
  • Experience developing software within a group/team or working with a large existing codebase
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English), being able to explain technical solutions clearly and concisely
  • Enjoys playing and making games
  • Basic understanding of game programming patterns 

Intern Game Programmer

Requirements

  • Currently taking bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, other comparable degree areas, or comparable experience
  • Good Proficiency in C++/C#
  • Working understanding of object-oriented development
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English), being able to understand technical solutions.
  • Enjoys playing and making games
  • Drive to learn and experience this field.
  • Basic understanding of source control SVN, Perforce, GIT
  • Familiar with game programming patterns
