Now, all users can experiment with nearly 20,000 professional materials, models, and lighting environments without managing points.
Substance 3D
Originally launched in 2016 as Substance Source, the library has expanded into a vast collection of diverse 3D content, serving artists across multiple industries. Each asset, crafted by expert artists, meets high professional standards and utilizes advanced techniques.
Previously, access to the Substance 3D Assets library was limited based on your subscription plan. Individual users with a Substance 3D Texturing plan could license surfaces, decals, and atlases, while Individual, Teams, and Enterprise users with a Substance 3D Collection plan had access to materials, models, and environments.
As part of Substance 3D's ongoing effort to empower creators with the tools and content they need to work more efficiently, the whole library is now available to all Substance 3D subscribers. Users can access the complete collection via the Substance 3D Assets page or directly within Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
Substance 3D
The Substance 3D Assets materials collection includes over 13,000 items across three categories: seamless and tileable surfaces, decals, and atlases. As for model collection, there are over 6,000 production-ready models available in .fbx and .glb formats. Substance 3D Assets' lighting collection goes beyond standard HDRI panoramas by offering parametric control through the .sbsar format.
