Rocksteady, the developer of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the Batman: Arkham series, is hiring a Game Director.
The position requires ensuring design across the game, including core gameplay mechanics, player progression, combat systems, mission design, and collaborating with the Studio Product Director and Design Director.
The main work directions comprise upholding the strategic and creative vision for gameplay, developing and pitching game concepts, design oversight, providing expert feedback on the gameplay experience, prototyping and iteration, cross-disciplinary collaboration, team leadership, communication with stakeholders and publishing partners, developing schedules, marketing, and PR representation.
It's not clarified what title the new Game Director will work on, but recently, a report appeared that the company is developing a new Batman game. Last year, rumors about the new installment of the beloved series also circulated online.
