Take a Look at This Brief Breakdown of Creating Stylized 3D Models

Game Artist Paco showcased a short animation depicting stages of his creative process.

A Game Artist from Germany known as Paco showcased a breakdown depicting the process of creating 3D models for stylized environments.

The creator briefly showed stages of the entire process from the idea to implementation, which include blockout, base model, retopology, bake, handpaint base color, rendering, and detail pass, and PBR adjustments. At the end of the clip, Paco demonstrated the ready-made location with this element added to it.

The author said that he uses 3DCoat for hand painting, as it is the most intuitive for simple painting process. For the PBR adjustments, he uses the color texture he painted as a base for roughness. Paco shared that he intended to focus on handpainted 3D:
