KRAFTON
While we're all eagerly waiting for inZOI, the not-Sims-competitor, there is a chance to taste it before the early access release on March 28. KRAFTON announced inZOI: Creative Studio's launch on March 20.
Creative Studio allows you to enjoy the game's Zoi customization and construction. The former is obviously an equivalent of Create-a-Sim, and the latter lets you build your dream house as far as I understand; the announcement doesn't provide much detail, but the name is pretty telling.
Players tried their hand at Zoi customization back in August, creating awesome characters, including Billie Eilish, Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie, Timothée Chalamet, Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson, Harry Potter, and more.

You can get a Steam key to inZOI: Creative Studio through Drops rewards on major streaming platforms (Twitch, Chzzk, Steam, and SOOP): just watch inZOI content for a while to get them. Starting March 23, the Studio will be available for everyone.
Even though the game's creator claims he doesn't see inZOI as The Sims competitor, everybody else does. The pretty graphics are the general weariness when it comes to EA's endless paid packs and the overall monopoly of the genre make players look forward to what inZOI can offer.
There is a catch, though: the fancy looks come with hefty requirements: you'll need to have Intel i7 12700 or AMD Ryzen 5800 with NVIDIA RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT to enjoy the game as it is meant to be. Or, try the minimal setup, which is still higher than what The Sims 4 needs.
