That's according to information found on the LinkedIn profiles of two Valve employees.
Valve is reportedly working on a new unannounced project that will supposedly feature innovative and unprecedented gameplay as well as inventive puzzles to captivate its audience.
This information (spotted by Twitter user Faizan Shaikh) was extracted from the LinkedIn profiles of two Valve employees – Boyang Zhu and Michael Anderson.
Boyang Zhu, an artist, is presently working on an undisclosed project at Valve, based on his employment history. Meanwhile, Michael Anderson, a former level designer at Valve, stated on his LinkedIn profile that he contributed to an unannounced game featuring "ambitious, never-before-seen gameplay" and highlighted his involvement in creating puzzles from scratch.
Although the projects of both employees appear to be unrelated, the similarity in their timelines and scope seems too coincidental.
Additionally, last year, Valve's product designer, Greg Coomer, mentioned that the company was developing multiple new games at once. While he did not share any specifics at the time, he referred to the projects as "pretty exciting." One of these titles could likely have been the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 which Valve announced last week.
