This role involves designing and producing the experiential elements that constitute a game. It involves building data to enable actual gameplay and coordinating various experiences to ensure balance.
Responsibilities:
- Content Policy Design: Sets design policies to keep content direction and quality consistent.
Content Production Process Management: Establishes and improves the content production pipeline.
World Design: Designs world elements like levels, hunting grounds, exploration, and activities.
Character Design: Designs character elements including PCs, NPCs, monsters, and items.
Combat Design: Designs combat elements like skills, stats, monster AI, and PVP content.
Tool Design: Builds tools that let designers create and manage data to match their intentions.
Balancing: Tunes data so content functions as intended and stays balanced against other content.
Text Creation: Writes and manages key in-game text data, such as names and descriptions.
We are looking for someone with these capabilities (required):
- Minimum 3 to 10 years experience.
- Monster Skill Planning and Creation.
- Monster AI Creation.
