We’re looking for a Head of Production to lead the overall production strategy and release execution of Arrowheads games. You’ll be accountable for how production is structured, planned and executed in the studio - ensuring teams can operate effectively and sustainably at scale, while ensuring we deliver on our commitments.
What you'll do:
- Define and own the overall production strategy for Helldivers 2, including planning models, development frameworks, and collaboration structure.
- Work closely with the Production Director to ensure they have the means to effectively and successfully execute on the product goals in line with established processes.
- Drive long-term planning and delivery structure in partnership with Product, Creative, Tech, and QA leadership.
- Lead and grow the production team - managing hiring, team structure, performance, and individual development.
- Establish clear production practices and documentation that scale and adapt across teams and project phases, taking into account the evolving nature of live service games.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and external development strategy (co-dev, outsourcing) in collaboration with publishing and internal stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and cross-team collaboration - always looking for ways to make development smoother and more predictable.
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of experience in game production, with a track record of leading large, complex projects or teams with shipped titles in your bag.
- You’re experienced in building production systems that support sustainable development at scale.
- You’ve led production teams before - setting expectations, mentoring others, and building high-performing team cultures.
- You think structurally and strategically - you understand how process, people, and planning all connect, calmly navigate ambiguity and drive effective collaborations.
- You’re a strong communicator who can align stakeholders, simplify complexity, and get everyone moving in the same direction.
Bonus:
- You’ve worked on multiplayer or live service games, and you’re comfortable collaborating with publishing and external partners.
