The opportunity
Unity is seeking a Senior Video Content Developer to own the development of advanced technical video learning experiences for professional users across industries.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and implement production-quality Unity scenes, systems, and example projects that serve as the technical foundation for professional training content
- Plan, record, and edit high-quality video-based learning experiences for professional and enterprise audiences
- Develop advanced on-demand courses and video series across industry use cases such as XR, Digital Twins, and real-time visualization
- Translate complex Unity implementation decisions into clear, structured technical explanations for video and live delivery
- Adapt technical content for live workshops and instructor-led formats when needed
- Continuously evaluate Unity product updates and industry workflows to ensure training content remains technically accurate and production-relevant
What we're looking for:
- Advanced hands-on Unity development experience, including scripting in C# and architecting functional scenes or systems
- Demonstrated experience creating technical video content for developer or professional audiences
- Ability to clearly explain architectural decisions, workflows, and technical tradeoffs through recorded or live technical instruction
- Experience planning, recording, and editing long-form technical video content
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in technical environments

You might also have:
- Experience delivering advanced live or instructor-led technical training
Unity Certifications - Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing complex Unity applications
- Experience applying Unity in non-gaming industry workflows such as XR, simulation, visualization, or Digital Twin development
- Experience with professional audio/video production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or similar
