CGarchitect held a new survey on rendering engines used for archviz. The CGarchitect’s community shared their responses to a few questions via social media, newsletters, Facebook groups, and forums dedicated to engines and architectural visualization.
The survey showed that V-Ray is a go-to engine for 64.9% of the whole community. Unreal Engine, for instance, is used by 19.6% of architects only. However, the responses also revealed that artists are into trying new software, and 43.3% of the total are experimenting with Unreal Engine.
