Walls move by themselves, feet clip through the floor, but you won't even notice.
If you've been reading 80 Level for a while, you know that sometimes what we see is not what's happening. Good shots sometimes require unconventional decisions behind the scenes, but cinematic director and Unreal Engine artist Alireza Fattahi can prove that it doesn't matter what's around if the camera doesn't see it.
"Everything can be messy as long as it’s outside the camera frame. Continuity also doesn’t matter as long as the final result looks cool and the audience is distracted enough by the action."

In the video, you see how the character's feet clip through the debris, the legs don't move, and the wall sneakily moves by itself.
The camera clips to and unclips from the gun, and in the render, it all looks fine and smooth. So yes, don't be afraid of doing whatever to deliver a nice shot.
Fattahi knows well how to create a cinematic masterpiece: just look at his Batman short and realistic soldier scene, which you can find on his YouTube and LinkedIn.
Huge companies also use some tricks to get the best angles: look at what Pixar did for Luca and Disney for Mirabel from Encanto.
