Technical Artist (Generalist) – Unity at Latent Technology
At Latent, we’re reinventing how games are made using cutting-edge AI. We’re building a new foundation for interactive movement based on real-time physical behaviors and AI – a system that could redefine how games are created and experienced. To get there, we’re tackling some of the most challenging and beautiful problems in game technology.
We’re looking for a versatile, London-based Technical Artist who can bring this technology to life visually and sensorially inside Unity. You have a broad creative and technical background: you know how to make a scene feel right – whether that means tuning shaders, lighting, and materials, integrating characters and props, connecting sounds to in-game events, or building small moments that showcase emergent gameplay. You’re as comfortable experimenting as you are polishing, and you are passionate about finding interesting ways to showcase technology.
Requirements:
- Deep Unity experience (materials, shaders, VFX, lighting, post-processing, optimization).
- Ability to create or modify assets in Blender, Maya, or Substance 3D.
- Understanding of sound integration (Unity Audio, FMOD, Wwise, or equivalent).
- A strong eye for aesthetics and detail.

Lead UI Artist at CD PROJEKT RED
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UI Artist to bring immersive and visually striking user interfaces to life in Cyberpunk 2. As a Lead UI Artist, you will play an important role in defining and maintaining the visual language of our UI, ensuring it not only fits the Cyberpunk aesthetic but also enhances gameplay and player immersion.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a UI artist in the games industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting UI for AAA titles and maintaining a cohesive art style.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma or other relevant software.
- Strong artistic sense, with the ability to balance creative, stylized aesthetics and user-centered functionality.

Senior Concept Artist at SEGA
As a Senior Concept Artist, you will work directly with the Art Director and Lead Concept Artist, as well as other internal Art/Gameplay disciplines, to develop and communicate the vision and universe of our game setting, collaborating with multiple disciplines and production to track work and support team goals aligned with the game's direction.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- High quality and proven skillset in Visual Design and idea generating – from sketch, thumbnail, reference gathering to final well communicated concept art
- Strong relevant portfolio
- Comfortable with innovative exploration and brainstorming alongside multiple disciplines
- Particularly strong skillset within highly functional Environmental Design, setting, and prop designing

You will work directly with art leadership to help visualize and develop visual targets, take ownership of a specialized artistic area of a product’s development, and lead members of the art production team in the assigned project. You will also create visual assets for game development products that meet required direction and quality specifications and create illustrations, models, textures, environments, objects, and animations for 3D and 2D visual assets.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of professional experience in game development.
- Proven artistic and technical skills in 3D and or 2D art production.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate techniques to other members of the team.
- Experienced with game development pipelines and game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, or a proprietary engine)
- Proven proficiency with commercial art production software (e.g., Photoshop, Maya, ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, etc.)

Environment Artist at CAPCOM
You will create high-quality environment assets optimized for real-time rendering, collaborate with Level Designers and other artists to build out levels and environments within the engine editor, and keep current with best practices and art creation workflows. Moreover, you will partner with Technical Artists to define workflows and provide best practices documentation.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience creating high-quality environment art for games/film
- Expertise with standard 2D and 3D applications (Photoshop, Substance 3D Painter, Maya, ZBrush)
- In-depth knowledge of modeling for game-ready assets and optimization techniques
- Strong knowledge of PBR material and texture workflows

Senior Lighting Artist – Dead By Daylight at Behaviour Interactive
As part of the lighting team on Dead By Daylight, you’ll play a key role in shaping immersive visual atmospheres, working closely with the Art Direction to define the tone, color palette, and mood of each scene. This position emphasizes technical execution over artistic vision, requiring a high level of technical proficiency, while also necessitating thoughtful collaboration with the Tech Art team to ensure performance optimization.
You’ll be involved in managing cinematics, scripted events, fog, and post-process effects to enhance the overall experience. If you’re passionate about turning creative ideas into impactful visual storytelling through meticulous technical application, this role is made for you.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of professional experience designing lighting for games.
- Solid technical knowledge of creating runtime lighting in game engines.
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals and design principles, including composition and color theory.
- A deep understanding of real-time lighting pipelines, rendering processes, and optimization techniques within game engines.
- The ability to debug and optimize complex lighting scenarios in live game services like Dead by Daylight.
